Shipping Policy
We do our best to estimate delivery dates for your purchase.
The estimated date of delivery of your NJuke Publishing order and the cost of shipping depends on which Delivery Speed you select during Checkout, which factors in item availability, processing time, and transit time. Shipping times shown on NJLukePublishing.com reflect how long the shipment will take to arrive after it has left the warehouse/shipping facility.
Please note: You may receive your items on different days and in multiple boxes. When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track them online.
NOTE: Standard Shipping is free for all Members regardless of order value/cart value and for Non-Members when you purchase $60 or more in qualifying items.

Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.

International Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing global impacts of COVID-19, international shipping has been temporarily suspended to all countries except Canada, Australia, and US Territories. This may result in delays or cancellations for orders shipping to a country affected by this service suspension.
There is no set rate for orders shipping internationally. To see the shipping fees for an order shipping internationally, create the order and begin the Checkout process. You will be provided with a shipping fee before you place the order.
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties based on the country where the order was shipped. NJ Luke Publishing is not responsible for customs fees, and charges are not incorporated into the total cost of your NJLukepublishing.com order. Please contact your customs office for further information.
Return & Exchange Policy
14 day return/refund for non-personalized signed copies. Personalized and/or signed copies are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
